Module Content In this module food-ecosystems are analyzed and possible interventions planned based on impact as well as the students’ expertise and initiative. With this information and using innovation methods and co-creation the participants will then be enabled to organize a mini case. The mini case can take the form of a project, startup or a different form of organization aiming at realizing their ideas. The impact should be based on impact assessment data and the realization potential of the project.

Further we will explore marketing and sales concepts, market potential, customer value, user experience and possible partnerships. The formulation of strategies, their evaluation using SWOT analyses or impact evaluations, offers an additional perspective. In the end the mini case is pitched in front of potential supporters like investors, crowd, foundations, or authorities.
