Short description

 The "Fundamentals of Medicine" module provides a  comprehensive introduction to the major concepts and principles of medicine. This lecture series is designed to prepare you to follow, and participate in, conversations with medical professionals. You should be able to make sense of the data you are working with. This will also allow you to interpret it in a meaningful way and discuss it with healthcare stakeholders. In addition, you should learn the basics of evidence-based medicine. This will allow you to extrapolate what you have learned in this course to other specialties, as well as to actively participate in medical research projects.
