Module contents

Students work independently in small teams to create and analyse program code. In doing so, they implement the teaching content of the parallel course "Programming 1". The aim is to consistently apply and deepen the knowledge acquired so far in the areas of object-oriented programming, clean code and unit testing.

As part of the Software Project 1 module, students receive special support on topics related to the projects. This includes, in particular, the thematisation of team roles, conducting meetings, writing minutes, communicating technical content in a way that is appropriate for the target group, promoting self-reflection, using AI tools for software projects and using code management.

In addition to the focus on these skills, the interdisciplinary skills of self-organisation, teamwork, research and oral and written communication of technical content are also promoted.
