Module contents
SRM: The module teaches the basics of safety and risk management and provides an overview of the concepts and methods applied in aviation, as well as their embedding into the management systems of companies in aviation.
QM: This part of the module will introduce the basic concepts of standardization of operational (especially risk-carrying) activities. In addition, techniques and methods are introduces on how the compliance to regulations and standards can be monitored and controlled.
Management Systems: The module shall provide an understanding on how safety, compliance and quality management can act as central control mechanisms in aviation management systems. The embedding into European and international regulations and standards for aviation management systems will be explained.
