Short description

The AV.PMX project module aims to create the basis for successful project and Bachelor theses by having students practise the process. The learning content of project modules AV.PM3 and AV.PM4 covers aviation projects (3 credits each) and communication training (ZAV with ILC, 1 credit each).

Module contents

Projectmanagement: defining, planning, execution and completion of projects with the goal of informed simplicity as part of systems engineering.

Aviation Meteorology and Human Factors: data preparation, measurements and data collection including preparation, data interpretation, sources and literature study as well as understanding.

Communication training: English terminology in aviation (dictionary in aeronautical English), dealing with regulations EASA, ICAO etc.

The project management methods and scientific working methods are trained implicitly. The tasks ('projects') should build on each other and correspond to an 'increase run' over the entire 6 semesters.
