Learning outcomes and competencies
Students can:
Use cleaning methods and techniques as the situation requires, taking organisational aspects into account
Ensure hygiene and cleaning standards are observed
Identify the prerequisites for efficient cleaning
Assess cleaning and maintenance products in terms of their effectiveness and use them appropriately
Evaluate the technical equipment for the cleaning service from the functional and economic perspective, taking the operational situation into account
implement workplace safety and ergonomics in the field of building cleaning
Design processes in line with economic and organisational conditions
Students can plan and conduct instruction sessions and staff training in the workplace in the light of knowledge from the field of cleaning technology, materials and building materials science, ergonomics, occupational safety and personnel management.
