  • Instrumente zur Entscheidungsunterstützung (z.B. Break-Even-Analyse, ABC-Analyse)
  • Instrumente zur Kostenplanung und Kostenkrontrolle auf Kostenstellenebene und im Projekt
  • Instrumente zur Beurteilung der Wirtschaftlichkeit von Investitionsvorhaben (statische und dynamische Investitionsrechenverfahren)
