Entry Requirements Students should be able to:
  • describe the interrelationships in the agro food value network and identify and outline approaches for changes that lead to regeneration.
Learning Outcome and  Competences Students will be able to:
  • apply methods for creating agile teams and collaboration, taking into account the complementary skills of different team members.
  • communicate in a solution-oriented and appreciative way to present themselves and their project case effectively.
  • understand how to deal with conflict, feedback, culture and diversity and apply methods to cope with challenging situations.
  • effectively identify and apply digital literacy and project management tools and methods in agile organisations and explain them at a level appropriate to their audience.
  • analyse and assess selected project approaches with regard to their innovation and regeneration potential and derive project cases for regenerative systems from them.
  • understand how agile working methods and organisational forms can be utilised, reflect on them and plan for their use in their own group work.
  • critically assess the project approaches taken by fellow students, incorporate and reflect on criticism and feedback, and expediently implement lessons learned.
Module Content In this module, the students mainly examine aspects of cooperation as the basis for their Agro Food Project.

    • Team building methods
    • Team collaboration methods (including conflict and crisis management, communication, culture and diversity)
    • Role allocation within a team
    • Basics of agile working methods and organisational forms
  • Agro Food Project:
    • Challenges of sustainably developing food products from traditional value chains.
    • Possible approaches to regenerative systems (collaboration with research groups, business partners, individual research / approaches, etc.)
