  • apply methods for creating agile teams and collaboration, taking into account the complementary skills of different team members.
  • communicate in a solution-oriented and appreciative way to present themselves and projects effectively, also through storytelling.
  • understand how to deal with conflict, culture and diversity and apply methods to cope with challenging situations.
  • effectively identify and apply digital literacy tools and methods in agile organizations and explain them at a level appropriate to their audience.  
  • critically assess GenAI tools and their usage in an academic context.
  • apply scientific working and writing techniques as well as search for, organize and evaluate scientific literature and other sources relevant for writing an academic paper.

Outcome
Predicate (passed / failed) 100%:
  • Written Scientific Paper (individual; 70%)
  • Presentation (individual; 30%)
In case of failed assessment, the following options are possible:
  1. The failed assessments may be resubmitted (in case of written work) or a supplementary examination can be carried out (in case of presentation). Counts as first attempt.
  2. The failed assessments can be repeated the next time they are scheduled in the regular timetable. Counts as second attempt.
