Learning outcomes and competencies
The students work out a professionally related problem in the context of a longer written paper. They formulate the starting point understandably, carry out an in-depth analysis of the situation and come up with recommendations which they compare critically. They build on knowledge acquired during their studies so far and independently acquire further specialized knowledge.
In particular, students can:
put together a suitable project team.
define the project objectives and scope and develop a project plan with possible alternative strategies
execute a project practically and independently.
determine and procure the necessary resources.
apply the techniques of project management and conduct effective project team meetings
correctly apply the techniques of scientific work and select methods to collect, verify and analyse data.
present the results in writing and orally so that they are clearly understandable and stylistically, orthographically and formally correct.
