Kurzbeschreibung
This two-semester course prepares participants for a B2 level exam (Cambridge First, TELC). Participants will develop speaking, writing, reading and listening skills as well as expand their vocabulary and use of English. This course is the first part of a two-semester course at the end of which participants may take an internationally recognised exam.
Ziele
The course prepares participants for a B2 level exam (Cambridge First, TELC).The costs for the exam are not included in the course fee.
Zielpublikum und Voraussetzungen
Staff and students of ZHAW/ZHdK and other interested people with a high B1/B2 competency level in English may enrol.
Entrance level: B1+ (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
You should score at least 17 points on the following test: http://www.cambridgeenglish.org/test-your-english/general-english/
Participants are expected to do work and self-study outside the classroom and take an active role during classes.
