Business English Workshop B2 (Winterthur)
Kurzbeschreibung
The participants will be practising speaking, writing, reading and listening skills as well as expanding their vocabulary and use of English.
The main focus of the course will be on business English for management and finance. Ability to conduct small talk and formal business meetings with emphasis on cultural awareness. Moreover, formal and informal written communication (emails and reports). Practicing formal trend language by describing financial information on charts. Use of adverbs with trend language for more emphasis.

Brush-up course without a final exam
Zielpublikum und Voraussetzungen
Staff and students of ZHAW/ZHdK and other people having B1 level competency in English
Entrance level: B1+

You should obtain at least 18 points on the following test: http://www.cambridgeenglish.org/test-your-english/general-english/

Participants are expected to do work and self-study outside the classroom and to take an active role during classes.
