Lernziele The students learn coping strategies to act in intercultually demanding situations as well as cross-cultural adaption and communication. They reflect empathic interaction as well as consciousness of own values and change of perspectives.
Lerninhalte (Abstract) In the pre-departure and the re-entry workshops the students get prepared to their outgoing and reflect after their re-entry their experiences. During their stay, they elaborate a Critical Incident and discuss it online with their tandem partner as well as with their supervisors.
