Lernziele The students learn coping strategies to act in interculturally demanding situations and they learn about cross-cultural adaption and communication. They reflect on empathic interaction as well as their consciousness of own values and change of perspectives.
 
Lerninhalte (Abstract) In the pre-departure workshop prepare for their time abroad. During their stay, students elaborate on a Critical Incident and discuss it online with their tandem partner as well as with their supervisors. After returning home, the re-entry workshop focusses on reflecting their experiences abroad.
