They are able to carry out a simple statistical data analysis. They learn to deal with a statistics software package and can apply their knowledge of statistics in practice.  Inferential statistics: parameter estimation: point estimation,
confidence intervals – statistical tests: one-sample and two-sample t-tests - linear regression: estimations, tests, confidence intervals

Statistics lab: Introduction to the statistics software R -
