Learning Outcomes and Competencies Die Studierenden:
  • Kennen die «Grundbegriffe» der Analytischen Chemie
  • Lernen Messgrössen zu berechnen und analytische Ergebnisse quantitativ auszudrücken
  • Verstehen, welche Interaktionen zwischen spektraler Anregung und Atom/Molekül zu einem Messsignal führen und können diese für verschiedene Messverfahren gegenüberstellen
  • Verstehen die Bedeutung physikalischer oder chemischer Trennverfahren für die Analytik
  • Können chromatographische Trennverfahren beurteilen und Strategien für deren Einsatz in der Analytik entwickeln

  • Grundlagen des analytischen Prozesses und einer chemischen Messung
  • Grundlagen spektroskopischer Verfahren
  • Anwendungen spektroskopischer Verfahren (Ultraviolet, Infrarot, Raman, Atomsprektroskopie)
  • Einführung in analytische Trennverfahren
  • Anwendungen analytischer Trennverfahren (Gaschromatographie, Flüssigchromatographie, Ionenchromatographie, Kapillarelektrophorese)
