Learning Outcomes and Competencies Die Studierenden:
  • Nutzen Kenntnisse aus den Grundlagenvorlesungen, um Protonen- und Elektronentransferreaktionen in wässrigen Systemen gegenüberstellen
  • Entwerfen quantitative Modelle zur Beschreibung wässriger Systeme
  • Kennen die Bedeutung chemischer Gleichgewichte in der wässrigen Analytik (Komplexbildung, Säure-Base, Aktivitätskoeffizienten)
  • Können Elektroden und Redoxprozesse in der Analytik quantitativ beschreiben
Module Content
  • Grundlagen des chemischen Gleichgesichts in wässrigen Systemen (Komplexbildung, pH, Ionenstärke)
  • Säure-Base Titration ein und mehrprotoniger Säuren, Aktivitätskoeffizienten
  • Grundlagen der Elektrochemie (Standardpotentiale, galvanische Zelle, Nernst Gleichung, Potentialdifferenz und Gleichgewichtskonstante)
  • Elektrodenvorgänge (Diffusionspotential, pH-Messung, Ionenselektive Elektroden, chemische Sensoren)
  • Berechnungen wässriger Systeme
