The projects for the minor practicals are offered in various subject groups focusing on research in the areas of food chemistry and processing, cell culture and tissue engineering, aroma science and food fermentation.
The work involves independent literature research, planning, and execution of experimental approaches to address specific problems, with support from instructors and scientific staff.
