Entrance Requirements Fundamental Principles in Organic Chemistry
Learning Outcomes and Competencies Students will be able to:
 
  • recognise relationships between structure and reaction behaviour, and derive and understand the corresponding reaction mechanisms and types.
  • understand the most important organic chemical syntheses, classify them according to known reaction types, and apply them.
  • understand biocatalytic syntheses.
  • understand the importance of organic and biocatalytic synthesis in drug synthesis.
