Module Content
Principles, nutritional recommendations, and special requirements for the following life stages:
pregnancy, infancy, children/teenagers, and the aging population
Population consumption data in Switzerland and in neighbouring countries (food groups to dietary patterns)
Health-promoting trends in diet, lifestyle and physical activity (regular sports), and new expectations of food overall
Advantages and limitations of current dietary trends (plant-based, weight-loss / maintenance and dieting for other purposes)
