recognize important anatomical structures, organ systems and to know their physiological and biomechanical function
know important pathophysiological processes and diseases of organ systems

Module Content
Musculoskeletal system:
introduction to the anatomy and biomechanical function of bones, muscles, joints etc.
Introduction to musculoskeletal disorders: biomechanics and pathologies.
Data collection and processing via wearable sensors.
Cardiovascular system: introduction to the anatomy and physiological function of vessels, heart, and lung.
Introduction to cardiovascular diseases (e.g., atherosclerosis, heart failure) with typical symptoms and changes in vital parameters (e.g., blood pressure, EKG, imaging etc.)
Nervous system: introduction to neuroanatomy and -physiology and major pathologies (e.g., Parkinson, dementia, stroke) with typical findings (e.g., tremor, CT/MRI imaging, altered EEG)
