Learning Outcomes and Competencies Das Modul beinhaltet:
  • Mathematische Grundlagen verstehen und anwenden
  • Formalisieren von Problemen aus Natur und Technik
  • Daten für einfache System- und Prozesssteuerungen einsetzen
 
Das Modul fördert bei den Studierenden:
  • die strukturierte Analyse von Aufgaben und Fragestellungen
  • Arbeit mit Literatur
  • exakte Arbeitsweise
  • selbständiges Arbeiten.
 
Schwerpunkte in den Berufsrollen: Dem Curriculum liegen sieben berufsspezifische Rollen (Expert:in, Kommunikator:in, Teamworker:in, Leader:in, Health Advocates, Lernende und Lehrende sowie Professionsangehörige) des Referenzmodells «CanMEDS» zu Grunde. In diesem Modul werden Grundlagen zur Ausführung aller Rollen geschaffen.

  • Definition, Eigenschaften und Darstellung von Funktionen;
  • Folgen und Grenzwerte;
  • Differential und Integralrechnung 
 
Biostatistik:
  • Deskriptive Statistik

  • Hypothesen Testen
  • Vergleich und Visualisierung von Methoden
  • Bereiche und Limitationen
  • Korrelation & Regression
