Lerninhalte (Abstract)
This year the Social Europe Days take place in Berlin and focus on the topic of the SDGs. The United Nations’
Sustainable Development Goals
provide a vision for peace and prosperity for all people in the world and our common planet. Within this course, you will collaborate in a multi-disciplinary and international team. As a team you will investigate one of the SDGs in a more detailed way, connect it to a good practice example from one of your professional fields and explore the significance of the SDG for you personally and in a European context.
The course is created collaboratively by 10 European Institutes of Higher Education. Participants are enrolled in programs such as social work, public administration, human resource manage-ment, labor law, gender studies or social policy. The course will start with an Online-Ramp-Up April 20th, 2022 online, then have an excursion to Berlin from May 16th-19th and an Online-Wrap-Up May, 24th online.
We expect around 80-120 participants from Bremen (Germany), Groningen (The Netherlands), Hasselt (Belgium), Leuven (Belgium), Málaga (Spain), Malta, Munich (Germany), Salzburg (Aus-tria), Sibiu (Romania), Tallinn (Estonia) and Zurich (Switzerland). Working language is English. More important than your actual language skills are, however, an open, active and entrepreneur-ial mindset to make this international experience a success.
