Learning outcomes and competencies By optimising their personal learning and working methods, students acquire the tools they need to complete their studies successfully.
  • On the personal competence level they promote their own development process through reflecting on learning content and observation of their personal competences and refine their skills in summarising and presenting various issues.
  • On the professional competence level they acquire basic knowledge about how the memory works, learning process theories and how to control concentration and attention.
  • On the methodological competence level they implement the learning methods and memorising strategies they have learned for specific, current subjects of study.
  • On the social competence level they transfer their subject knowledge and the insights they have gained from observing their own learning process to a training situation, and complete their change of perspective to the role of trainer or instructor in the FM field.
