Learning outcomes and competencies "Business organisation" part (1/2)
Students acquire basic knowledge of organisational theory and the nature of structural and process organization.

The students
  • are aware of the structuring principles of organisations and different organisational forms and their strengths and weaknesses
  • know the main approaches in the theory of organisations and can classify them according to their evolution
"Law" part (1/2)
The students
  • are familiar with key concepts of private law
  • learn legal requirements, procedures and processes in contractual relationships (contract origin, fulfilment and contract performance)
  • are able to recognize problems related to work contracts that occur in everyday work and resolve them
  • are familiar with basics of company law (the concept of the organisation, organisational forms)
