Learning outcomes and competencies
Students acquire and practice the skills necessary for successful completion of training and instruction in professional FM environments.
At the level of personal skills they optimise their skills in presentation, free speaking, confident discussion and independent preparation of a training topic
At the level of specialist expertise they gain basic knowledge of modern teaching and transfer their expertise on information processing in the brain, concentration and attention processes, and learning theories to the training situation to be prepared
At the level of methodological skills they display a stylistically confident use of training and instruction methods, apply the appropriate resources appropriately and take into account the rules for adult-oriented teaching
At the level of social and leadership skills they refine their skills in the instruction of individuals, leading groups, active listening, respect for the listener, eye contact and giving constructive feedback

Practical application of the material from the courses "Learning and working methodology", "Culture, language, public relations" "Communication psychology"
Appropriate formulation of learning objectives
Preparation of a training and instruction unit
Creating a lesson plan form
Application of learning style theories according to Vester and Kolb in a training session
Appropriate use of teaching methods and aids
Demonstration of efficient and humane communication behaviour
Consideration of the rules of constructive feedback

Learning outcomes and competencies
Students can:
Use cleaning methods and techniques as the situation requires, taking organisational aspects into account
Ensure hygiene and cleaning standards are observed
Identify the prerequisites for efficient cleaning
Manage the maintenance and cleaning of furniture and fixtures
Assess cleaning and maintenance products in terms of their effectiveness and use them appropriately
Evaluate the technical equipment for the cleaning service from the functional and economic perspective, taking the operational situation into account
implement workplace safety and ergonomics in the field of building cleaning
Design processes in line with economic and organisational conditions
Students can plan and conduct instruction sessions and staff training in the workplace in the light of knowledge from the field of cleaning technology, materials and building materials science, ergonomics, occupational safety and personnel management.
